I came across this post as I was looking for stories to share and get some ideas and this one stood out. It seems that this article from DDK Protraits makes a very good argument that everything posted on Pinterest could be or is a copyright infringement. I mean if you have to be careful when posting pictures to your blog or on Facebook why not Pinterest? They seem to think it’s important too, because in their “Terms of Use” they shift all responsibility to you, covering their butt. After reading this post you may thing twice about having a Pinterest account or be more careful about what you share. Oh, and pinning something doesn’t exclude you from the infringement.
